There is a frequent problem in Albany, Georgia with the discarding of furniture on vacant properties by people who do not own those properties. Such dumping is already a crime in Albany, and yet the problem continues. There are fifteen chapters of the book titled, “Social Problems: Continuity and Change” devoted to different major aspects of social problems and social problems.

Explain why/how illegal dumping in Albany may be rooted or otherwise related to three of these major aspects, including, poverty, racial and ethnic inequality, and health and health care. In other words, go behind the logic of the linear thinking that dumping is a crime in Albany. Explain the network of social problems that may be related to dumping. In other words, interpret this problem through the lenses of systems thinking.
