Complete the items below as your take home assignment for the position of Senior Office Manager. It’s intended to give you a glimpse into the types of challenges a senior office managers face. This assignment is for us to get a sense of how you would approach the work.

Daily Huddles

Part of the performance management system includes daily “huddles.” Every team meets together daily for 10 minutes to share updates/announcements, check in on performance, troubleshoot issues, give kudos, and drive toward continuous workflow improvements.

With multiple locations, you will not be able to attend every huddle. How will you ensure each of your offices has effective huddles? Provide a sample huddle agenda.
