The Industrial heights has a lot of asians because of the public transportation, it also has a lot of homeless( poverty) because the church is there and has a soup kitchen. The best place to study pediatrics is acer tech neighborhood it has the daycare and schools. The geriatric population is in the acer tech neighborhood and nightingale square because of community center and grocery store and meals on wheels.
